New Zealand

We have our Global and New Zealand head office in the Te Rapa suburb of Hamilton. At this location we have our key Innovation, Technical, Marketing, Procurement, Customer Service, Information Technology, Finance and Human Resources roles for the Prolife Group.                 

In Hamilton we also have our two main factories supplying a broad range of products for the NZ and international markets. Therefore, we have a broad range of operational roles covering the whole supply chain from Inwards Goods, to Warehousing, to Sales & Operation Planning, to Manufacturing and finally Dispatch. We currently have over 200 people employed in our Operations teams in Hamilton and are always looking for capable people.

Hamilton is also the base for our NZ head office sales team and our International sales team. We then have a team of over 500 people spread across all of NZ covering the key Supermarkets. There is a Regional Manager based in each area of NZ, supported by a team of Territory Sales managers and merchandisers. Unique to the Prolife model is the resourcing and focus we put in each store where we have an Alison's Pantry stand. This gives great opportunities for our employees to be responsible for their sales - and there are part-time as well as full-time rosters.  

Finally, in Cambridge (30 minutes from Hamilton) we have the base for our beekeeping division. We are always looking for people passionate about being part of the NZ beekeeping industry. There are also seasonal opportunities to work in our honey extraction facility.

Australia

We have our Australian head office in the Melbourne suburb of Altona. At this location we have a relatively small team covering Finance, Human Resources, Technical, Sales and Marketing for the Australian market.

At the Altona site we also have a modern factory supplying a range of products to the Australian and International markets. Therefore, we have a full range of operational roles from Inwards Goods, to Warehousing, to Sales & Operations Planning, to Manufacturing and finally Despatch. We currently have over 30 people employed in our Australian Operations team in Altona and are always looking for capable people.

We then have a team of over 600 people spread across all of Australia in Field sales roles. There is a Regional Manager based in each area of Australia, supported by a team of support staff and merchandisers. Unique to the Prolife model is the resourcing and focus we put in each store where we have a Self Selection stand. This gives great opportunities for our employees to be responsible for their sales. Most of the roles are part-time during the week which suits parents with children and those looking to tailor their work to their individual requirements.
