Regional Sales Manager - Auckland
Prolife Foods is a dynamic, privately owned company based in Hamilton, conducting business in New Zealand, Australia, and further afield in countries such as China, UAE and the USA. Our company is on the fast track to growing locally and internationally. We have a large portfolio of brands that we have created and nurtured, including Mother Earth, Alison's Pantry, Flemings and Donovans Chocolates.
With our very unique Self Selection business in New Zealand along with our dynamic, growing grocery business, this role is not for the faint hearted.
What is the purpose of this role
· To manage and lead a team of five Territory Managers and a 100 person strong merchandising team located from Northland to South Auckland
· To manage key customer relationships with owner/operators within the two Supermarket banners
· To ensure opportunities for Prolife Foods are maximised across all categories and that store and market shares are in line with agreed targets
· To ensure business systems and performance based activities are followed and are in line with the business's philosophies.
What do we need
· Relevant Field Sales or Account Management experience
· Proven ability in managing a large team
· Strong business acumen
· Excellent Negotiation skills
