We operate five production areas at Prolife Foods, two of which are dedicated to manufacturing our full range of Mother Earth Muesli Bars; one that roasts, blends and packs all nuts, dried fruit and confectionary, one that produces breakfast spreads (honey, Jam peanut butter) and finally one that manufactures our Donovans branded chocolates.
In Australia we have a dedicated manufacturing facility that roasts, blends and packs all nuts, dried fruit and seeds & grains.
We are one of New Zealand's largest nut roasters (we roast all our own nuts on a daily basis), as well as produce different nut and snack blends and different flavoured nuts.
We have the capability to pack into various sizes and types of bags, ie: from pouches to 5kg bags down to 60gm bags.
Our production capability means that we not only manufacture for own brands but also undertake contract packing for other companies, including Private Label manufacturing for major supermarket chains.
Our usual shift pattern is two shifts, 5 days a week, however, flexibility is important to complement demand and seasonal peaks - especially from October through to December.
