Sponsorship & Donations
Prolife Foods has a strong sense of community support and social responsibility and over the years are proud to have supported many worthwhile causes via sponsorship and product donations. Some of our recent sponsorship and donation initiatives include:
Sponsorship
Our biggest partnership is with the Enviroschools Foundation, which has an aim of promoting environmental awareness amongst school children. Via our Mother Earth brand, we work with the Enviroschools team at both a regional and national level. We also run a national competition with schools each year, in association with Enviroschools, called the Mother Earth Reward. Details are on the Mother Earth web-site.
We also have partnerships with a number of sporting teams playing in Australasian competitions, with the aim of encouraging healthy exercise and healthy eating. Via the Mother Earth brand, we are a long-time sponsor of the New Zealand Breakers basketball team - and have enjoyed their success over the past few years. We are also the official supplier of muesli bars and healthy snacks to the Waikato Bay of Plenty Magic netball team, who have also won their Australasian competition. Finally, we supply Mother Earth and other Prolife Foods products to the Waikato Chiefs (and NPC) rugby organisation for use with players and fans - again another successful team.
Finally, we have recently established a link with the Westpac Helicopter trust, so they could construct the Mother Earth helicopter hangar in the Coromandel district of New Zealand.
Donations
There are many groups that have benefited from our product donations, and without listing all these great causes, they have ranged from fundraising activities for local kindies, schools, sports teams and charitable trusts - through to providing for goody bags as a thank you for volunteers and energy foods for community gatherings and activities.
