Warehouse and Despatch

The warehouse side of our business receives incoming supplies from all over New Zealand by truck and from all over the World by containers.  Containers are checked by MAF, Health Departments and also our own Quality Assurance personnel to ensure compliance with all requirements, they are then devanned, palletized, labeled and stored for future production or direct despatch in the warehouse. Warehouse personnel pick factory orders and also refill the pick faces throughout the day for the despatch crew who usually start around 10.00am and don't finish until all orders have been completed.  This can sometimes be quite late as we supply to supermarkets and stores all over New Zealand.

Our role is extremely interesting and challenging as we never know exactly when containers will arrive or how many orders we will get each day to send out to our clients, this is all part of the action and attraction that keeps us motivated and enjoying what we do.
